Whitefield Reformer Pilates Offers:
Small group classes (maximum 4 people)
These are mixed level classes suitable for everybody with a focus on posture, alignment and core strengthening. Beginners can be offered modifications and challenges will be offered to advanced clients. Suitable for all abilities you are guaranteed a great full body workout each and every session.
Semi Private Sessions (2 people) or Private Sessions (1 to 1)
Enjoy a private class with an experienced instructor, the perfect opportunity to try Reformer Pilates and learn more about the equipment, work on specific goals and build confidence. These sessions are also highly recommended for rehabilitation due to an injury.

Active all my life, I have been practicing Pilates / Reformer Pilates for over 10 years. After completing my Spine Safe Pilates Mat Training and teaching Pilates throughout Manchester at several Pilates Studios and Leisure Clubs , I qualified to teach Reformer Pilates in 2017.
Reformer Pilates has kept me strong, flexible and injury free and I absolutely love seeing the improvement in my clients mobility, flexibility and strength. I teach classes that incorporate the main principles of pilates but like to inject the fun factor too making classes dynamic, challenging and functional in a safe effective way.
